Job Description
Exp: 10 years to 14 years
1. HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage and streamline day-to-day HR operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across labor laws, social security, and internal audits.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and strengthen governance frameworks.
2. Benefits Administration
- Design, implement, and manage employee benefits programs (insurance, leave policies,retirement plans, wellness initiatives).
- Benchmark benefits against industry practices to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency.
- Drive effective employee communication and adoption of benefits programs.
3. Data & Analytics
- Build and maintain HR dashboards for leadership visibility on key workforce metrics (attrition, cost, headcount, productivity).
- Conduct workforce analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business leaders.
- Use analytics to drive continuous improvement in HR operations and workforce planning
4. HR Technology & Process Excellence
- Lead implementation, adoption, and optimization of HR technology platforms (HRIS, payroll systems, benefits portals, employee experience tools).
- Drive automation and digitalization of HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Stay updated on emerging HR tech trends to recommend tools and solutions that align with business priorities.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business and functional leaders to ensure alignment of HR operations with organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted partner for employees and managers, addressing escalations and driving service excellence
6. People Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the existing team.
- Build capabilities within the team around compliance, tech, and analytics.
