Assistant General Manager – Business Development

Location: Gurugram
 Experience: 9-12 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant General Manager - Business Development to drive business growth, develop strategic client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, along with a sound understanding of market trends and business dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Lead client meetings, presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives.
Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and business reports.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
