Job Description

- This role will be responsible for implementation of financial agenda for the India RE business. The role also drives execution of Process Improvement & Digitalization initiatives.

- Collaborate with Project Directors,  Procurement team, and the Head of Business Finance to manage planned capital expenditure at the business level, contributing to the execution of projects within budget and timelines.
•    Involved in Contract negotiations, financial vetting of Capex proposals (NFA) and approve PO issuance
•    Manage the available fund & responsible for movement between SPV & EPC, contract structuring etc. as well as contract management
•    Create detailed financial analysis for the business, ensuring continuous improvement and cost optimization
•    Involved in identification of opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in Capex management, providing analysis and recommendations to enhance efficiency. Analysing Cost trends in detail , bringing insights on overruns/leakages 
 
         • Manage relationship with Internal business stakeholders, supporting them with all financial calls to be taken 
         • Recommend  resolutions for the financial risks identified for the EPC Business

•    Coordination with Accounts team for Capitalisation issues, outstanding Advances, Payables, EPC Billing and Capex Provisioning for Project Cost closure
•    Institutionalising Processes, finding Processes gaps and enabling closures


- CA with 14-18 years of  experience in Finance & Controllership
