Job Description
Experience : 1 year to 3 years
Designation : Executive (Admin. & Security)
Location: Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh)
1. Administrative Duties:
- Manage office operations, including maintaining files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing MIS, monthly reports, review presentations, and other documentation.
- Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Procure office supplies, furniture, Guest House Items and equipment as needed.
- Support CSR, HR activities and events at Regional Level
2.Security, Site Cabs, Guest Houses and Business Assurance:
- Develop and implement technological security solutions and procedures to safeguard the renewable energy sites.
- Prepare Security, Cab, Guest House and Hospitality agreements and ensure timely renewals.
- Monitor Admin & Security related services at sites, ensure timely submission of invoices and payment processing.
- Collaborate with external security providers, law enforcement, and emergency response teams.
- Train and educate Hospitality and Facility employees on sustainability at Guest Houses and Offices.
- Prepare MIS on ROWs (Right Of Way) issues at sites and follow up with stake holders for early resolution.
3. Health and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safety culture at sites.
- Coordinate with site leads to conduct emergency drills and ensure proper records are maintained.
4. Contractor Management:
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for site-related activities.
- Manage contractor compliance with security and safety requirements.
- Review and evaluate contractor performance and ensure adherence to standards.
Profile & Eligible Criteria
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the renewable energy or related sectors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with renewable energy systems and site operations is advantageous.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in making MIS Reports, Presentations, Dashboards etc.
