WTG Auditor- for AHA

Job Title : WTG Auditor- for AHA

Job Purpose :

“To Improve Reliability & Maintain High Quality Standards for Life Cycle Asset Management by”

  • Identifying technical issues, trouble spots, pre-detection of risks & unseen snags. Effectiveness of maintenance done.
  • Using Innovative techniques, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
  • Monitoring & Reviewing Effectiveness of RCA & Corrective & Preventive actions (CAPA) implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. Wiling to travel across all the sites.
  2. Expertise in WTG operation & maintenance process.
  3. Expertise in WTG troubleshooting (Electrical, Mechanical, Other components).
  4. Knowledge of WTG component functioning.
  5. To perform quality assurance & vigilance checks on WTGs.
  6. To perform special tasks, retrofits, investigate risks associated with assets.
  7. To perform SCADA data desktop study & knowledge on OEMs software tools.
  8. To check documentation as per ISO & Quality standards.
  9. To perform report on observations.
  10. Proficient with MS Office (word, excel, power point)
  11. Inspection to be done in totality irrespective of different WTG parts.
  12. To perform tasks as per safety standards.
  13. Educate concerned AM team members

 

Deliverables :

  1. The quality of the turbine is as per specs.
  2. Review of all compliance assessment reports provided by the original equipment manufacturer.
  3. Focus on the performance parameters and operational life of the asset and maintaining safe work practices at site.
  4. Inspection carried out to identify compliances with defined parameters site specific and mitigate the non-compliances.
  5. Specific inspections of the prime components and their peculiarities
  6. Assessment of EHV lines healthiness through advanced technologies.
  7. Performance compliance assessment with advance innovative technologies / tools for healthiness & pre detection of risks.
  8. Holistic view of inspection to be done to identify the risks.
  9. Audit Reports will be produced for each WTG / e-BoP / wind farm.
