Job Description

Zonal/State Operations coordinator– WTG O&M

• Monitor site operations, turbine performance, and downtime.

• Coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance and resource allocation.

• Drive safety compliance and conduct periodic audits.

• Act as single point of contact between central operations and site teams.

• Consolidate performance reports and support cost optimization initiatives.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of O&M experience in wind energy; multi-site exposure preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in reporting tools (Excel/ERP/CMMS/Power BI preferred).
