Job Description

Position: Engineer - Wind Engineering

Education: B.E/B.Tech in Civil

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Location: Jath, Maharashtra

Key Roles & Responsibilities 

• Provide O&M technical support for civil/structural issues across Solar, Wind, BESS & eBoP assets
• Identify defects, damages, and performance gaps in civil structures
• Preparation of BOQ and cost estimation for corrective actions
• Prepare and update civil drawings (AutoCAD/hand sketches) for foundations, layouts, drainage, trenches, and switchyards
• Ensure designs comply with IS codes, standards, and project specifications
• Review quality documents – Method Statements, ITPs, material approvals, test reports
• Support implementation of QA/QC processes and documentation standards
• Conduct site inspections and audits for quality and structural condition
• Monitor repair, rehabilitation, and modification works during O&M phase
• Coordinate with site teams, EPCs, and vendors for issue resolution and smooth work execution
• Interpret and understand construction and material test results (concrete, soil, pile tests, etc.)
• Highlight deviations and support technical evaluation
• Maintain inspection reports, technical records, and documentation
• Developing checklists, standards, and best practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge documentation
• Ensure adherence to HSE and safety practices during site activities
