Job Description

Role - Engineer - Warehouse & Inventory 

Location - Kutch - Gujarat

Qualification - Any Degree / Diploma

Experience - 4-8 Years 

 

• Planning for Materials by considering its failure rate and procurement lead time (SPP)
• Reshuffling of stocks for smooth operation of Assets
• Auditing of Stores on regular intervals
• Tracking of under warranty failed items
• Preparation of consolidated report which required by HO team
• Tracking of tools and tackles alongwith its calibration log
• Identification of non moving materials and planning for its utilisation
• Timely utilisation of shelf life items
• Scrap disposal through eAuction
• SPP Implementation
• Monitoring, controlling & balancing of inventory at sites by implementing SPP
• Co-ordination with asset managers on material related issues
• Finalization of local transportation and courier agency for warehouses.
• Tracking of third party vendor stock & ensure timely return.
• Preparation for external audits and loop close if any.
• Timely GRN preparation and invoice submission to accounts for payment
• Timely dispatch of materials to sites and closing of stock in transit.
• Strictly following of processes policies at work place.
