Job Description

OperationsMonitor daily plant performance and generation.Ensure maximum plant availability and uptime.Monitor SCADA systems and analyze plant performance data.Coordinate with the Load Dispatch Centre (LDC) and stakeholders as required.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly generation reports.MaintenanceExecute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.Troubleshoot and rectify faults in solar modules, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, SCB, ICOG, and associated equipment.Plan and supervise module cleaning activities.Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for maintenance support.Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical spares.Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with all safety procedures and statutory regulations.Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.Follow Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and safety guidelines.Support site audits and compliance inspections.Documentation & ReportingMaintain maintenance records, logs, and checklists.Prepare incident reports and root cause analysis (RCA).
