Job Description

Some key roles include:

• To act as SAP data analyzer and Site wise Monthly Report circulation. Calculating the posting delays, Technical closure status and wrong reason code selection of order.
• Daily activity on SAP PR creation, release & tracking (PRs), Material code creation & tracking, Budget transfer & tracking, PO release status tracking & Material code change.
• To systemize the Preventive Maint. & retrofitting operations
• Consolidate the breakdown data site wise from state RPC3 to calculate MTBI, MTBF.
• To develop a macro enabled sheet to calculate availability, failure rates, MTBI to check SCADA Availability.
• To prepare the initial technical drafts & proposals for critical business requirements
• MIS Co-Ordinator & key inputs consolidation for business PPTs
