Job Description

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for Procurement of Switchyard items, Cables, HT & LT Panels, Turnkey contracts and Transmission Line electrical equipment, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

This role is responsible to deliver on the following:

• Sending RFP thru Ariba/SAP and arranging quotes for Switchyard items, Cables, HT & LT Panels, Turnkey contracts and Transmission Line electrical equipment.
• Preparing comparisons and first level of negotiations.
• Award of PO, supply expedition and management.
• Vendor payment and account reconciliation
• Vendor development.
• Inter department coordination.
• Vendor and Contract management.
• MIS Preparation

Eligibility Criteria

• Education :  B.E/ B.Tech- Electrical
• Experience : 6-8 Years
• Skills            :  Procurement, Negotiation, Supply chain management, Vendor development and Team                                   player
• Certifications : NA
• Software Knowledge : MS office, SAP and Ariba
