Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitoring of Project Status with respect to approved Schedule, Reporting the Status of project with respect Planned vs Actual to HQ Team, Project Manager & CPM.
- Manage all stakeholder and establish standard communication at site with all members for smooth execution.
- Coordinate with all the Vendors, site Engineers, Supervisors for timely completion of project.
- Coordinate with HQ team I.e Design & Engineering, SCM, Legal, HQ Planner to avail the present status of Designing & Procurement.
- Coordinate with the store Team for proper Material Management, inventory management & Material Reconciliation.
- Collaboration with QHSE team to ensure closure of all the Observations & NCs related to Quality as well as Safety.
- Manage the Timely billing of all the vendors and prepare measurement sheet against each invoice raised by Vendor. Weekly reconciliation of billing.
- Prepare project Execution strategy to achieve zero incident, timely completion & HOTO, No cost deviation.
- Maintain all the compliance documents at site level and maintain record of each documents.
- Maintain all the HOTO documents (Field Test Report, Factory Test Report, Warranty Certificates, Service Reports, Commissioning Reports & Certificates etc.) to complete the HOTO process in stipulated Time.
- Conduct exercise of Risk assessment of the Project and prepare the Mitigation plan accordance of the Outcome of exercise.
- Prepare Safety Audits schedules and collect audited data, Monitoring & tracking points closure status of each points.
- Adherence to Project’s contractual clauses & Scope of work.
Profile & Eligible Criteria
- Education: B.E / B-Tech Engg.
- Experience: 4-8 yrs in Project planning of solar plants.
- Should have skill to manage a project Sub-team to meet the needs of the project in Time execution of the scheduled activity.
- Should have knowledge MS Office & MS-Project.
- Preparation of Project progress, MIS reports & Updating Project Manager about progress of projects.
- Site Co-ordination with Supply chain managements, Vendors and CPM
- Measurement and Bill Certification with clients & Contractors and ensuring statutory compliances as per contract.
- Should have demonstrated working with multiple contractors and teams at site level.
