Lead the cluster of Maintenance team. Hands on experiance in Auto Layup ( Gantry & Robotic), Autobussing, Glass loader machine.
Functional knowledge and troubleshooting of PC based systems e.g. EL, EL image stiching and visual camera settings. Achieving the maintenance
KPI e.g. Availability, PM adherance, MTTR, MTBF etc.
Spare parts prediction and timely requisition to purchase team. RCA of major breakdowns and ensuring the elimination of its occurance.
Clear and timely communication within team and with other stakeholders. Kaizens and improvements.
