Position: Deputy Manager - Asset Management - Wind Engineering

Education: Graduate/Diploma - Electrical Engineering

Experience: 7 to 12 Years

Location: Jath, Maharashtra

Department: Asset Management - Wind Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities:

Preferred Profile: Must have experience in ReGen Wind Turbine with strong technical understanding for the WTG, performing operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance analysis, failure mode and effect analysis with the implemenation of corrective actions. Experience in Kenersys & WWIL WTG will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze wind turbine performance data to identify and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance of the wind turbines.
  • Coordinate with site teams for schedule/preventive/corrective maintenance/inspections of wind turbines.
  • Follow-up on troubleshoot for mechanical and electrical issues
  • At central level, support the development of alternate products, focus on digitization of processes and continuous process improvement to reduce the operating costs of assets.
  • Collaborating with new age technologies to uplift the wind turbine performance.
  • Preparation of technical SOP's, auditing wind turbines to ensure nominal condition of the wind turbines.
  • Maintain and operate technical governance for the operating wind portfolio.
  • Provide reports and presentations to the leadership on the operating status of the windfarms on technical front.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the organisation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conducting training programms for the operations team at regular interval.
  • Travelling to renewable sites as and when required.
