Role- Deputy Manager- Admin & Security
Qualification- Graduation- Any specialization
Experience- 12-14 years
Location- Pune Area Office, Maharashtra
Roles & Responsibilities-
- Administrative support: Manage office operations, documentation, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Security management: Oversee workplace safety, coordinate with security staff/vendors, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Billing operations: Prepare, verify, and process invoices; maintain accurate billing records.
- Receivable management: Track outstanding payments, follow up with clients, and reconcile accounts receivable.
- Coordination: Act as a bridge between admin, finance, and security teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Reporting: Generate periodic reports on billing, receivables, and security compliance for management review.
