Job Description:

1. Ensure implementation of safety policy, Plans and procedures.
2. Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
3. Conduct the Investigations of all HSE events and implement CAPA for the same.
4. Carry out Plant safety inspections and safety audits on different themes.
5. Conduct departmental Safety Review Meetings.
6. Review and update JSA, HIRA and ensure control measures are in place.
7. Carry out Training need Identification for the employees and impart HSE Trainings. 
8. Ensure compliance with plant safety rules and other requirements.
9. Implement best practices with coordination with operation and maintenance team.
10. Organise emergency drills.
11. Implement Emergency Response Plan.
12. Support HSE Lean in the implementation of Process Safety Management.
