- Employee Relations:
Foster harmonious relationships between management and employees, acting as a neutral liaison.
- Grievance Redressal:
Address and resolve worker grievances, conflicts, and personal issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Statutory Compliance:
Advise management on compliance with labor laws and ensure the implementation of welfare policies and statutory obligations.
- Welfare Activities:
Oversee and promote the implementation of welfare activities, including health, sanitation, recreation, and educational programs for workers and their families.
- Workplace Environment:
Promote a safe, healthy, and positive work environment by supervising health and safety programs and conducting safety inspections.
- Employee Support:
Provide support and counselling to employees on personal problems and facilitate assistance for issues like scholarships or claims for families of deceased employees.
