Technical Support-(Wind-O&M)
General Job Description
In the Role of Site Technical Support - Wind (O&M) your core responsibilities will be:
- To lead the resource development of Envision Fleet
- Develop Team for Operation and Maintenance activities.
- To ensure the smooth operation & health of the Wind farm assets.
- To operate and maintain windfarm with Maximum productivity and adherence to ReNew’s Standard.
- To maintain the relevant MIS and Documentation as per the Policies and procedures of the company.
- Daily reporting to the Key Stake holders as per the requirements.
Specific Responsibilities
- Identifying resources, Spares, Tools & tackles etc required for Envision fleet under self-operations.
- Providing all the technical support for effective functioning of the wind farm.
- Coordination with Engineering, SCM, Quality, safety etc for development of technical protocols.
- Timely execution of PM, BM, Design upgrades and special activities as per the plan
- To suggest alternate methods for creative cost optimization & efficiency improvement initiatives for the Site.
- MIS – windfarm performance analysis, fault analysis, monthly reporting.
- Inventory and Spare management of respective site.
- To follow all relevant Quality and Safety Standards as per the company policy.
- Training of the site employees as per the requirements

- MA and IGA
- MTBF and MTTR as per Target
- LPF, RkVH, Line Loss
- Analysis of frequently occurring Fault/warnings in WTG
- 100 % Adherence to allotted schedule services
- 100 % Compliance to Safety Policies
- WTG Health Audit on Sample Basis as per target
- Special and Development Activities as per Directives
- Kaizen and 5S Initiatives at site.
- Qualitative Improvement of the Windfarm
