Responsible for establishing and monitoring process and process parameters for all production stages

· Resp for timely calibration of primary and secondary modules used in IV tester

· Responsible for creation of new recipe/process parameters as and when raw material, product and machine changes

· Responsible for monitoring process parameters at all stages in 3 shifts

· Evaluation for new/ Alternate BOM development.

· Resp for SPC and process capability analysis
