Job Description
Job Purpose
To lead the team of maintenance engineers in cell line manufacturing for full utilization of the machines.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Maintaining the up-time of all the machines on the floor.
• Root and Cause Analysis for the repeatable machine problem and to find the solutions accordingly.
• Should have experience in handling and developing the team members.
• Carry out the break-down maintenance & preventive maintenance of the instruments to minimize the breakdown & failure to obtain optimum performance of machines.
• Rectify & troubleshoot the breakdown of PLC based automation systems
• Day to day Working Report making and updating the same.
• Preparation of daily reports of the daily maintenance
• Responsible for the development of low-cost spare parts of the machine.
• Responsible for maintaining the inventory of the spare parts based on the experience of breakdown of the individual parts.
• Coordination with the production team to find out the repeatable problem of the line, which may or may not affect the overall downtime of the line.
