Job Description

Designation : Executive/ Sr. Executive

Location : Gooty, Andhra Pradesh

Experience :  3 Years to 5 Years

Education: Any Graduate, LLB - Prefered


Land Identification & Site Assessment
•    Assist in identifying suitable land parcels for the development of solar power projects.
•    Conduct preliminary land assessments, site visits, and surveys to evaluate project suitability.
•    Collect and verify information related to land ownership, accessibility, terrain, and surrounding infrastructure.
•    Coordinate with survey teams.
•    Support project teams in assessing land requirements based on project capacity and development plans.
Land Acquisition Activities
•    Support the end-to-end land acquisition process for private and government land required for solar projects.
•    Coordinate with landowners, land aggregators, local representatives, and stakeholders for land procurement activities.
•    Ensure timely collection and submission of land-related documents required for acquisition.
•    Maintain records of land acquisition status.
Title Verification & Documentation
•    Collect and review land documents including 1BROR, Adangal, RSR, RH, FMB, EC and other revenue records.
•    Assist in understanding and coordinating Title Search Reports (TSRs) and legal due diligence requirements.
•    Coordinate with legal teams and consultants for document verification and clarification of land-related issues.
•    Ensure proper documentation and filing of all acquisition-related records.
•    MIS for land databases and document repositories.
Government Liaison & Approvals
•    Liaison with Revenue, Gram Panchayat, Town Planning, Forest, and other government departments for obtaining necessary approvals and records.
•    Follow up with government authorities for issuance of land records, certificates, permissions, and other statutory documents.
•    Assist in obtaining land conversion approvals, mutation entries, and other compliance-related clearances.
•    Support registration and post-registration activities with local government offices.
Site Visits & Field Coordination
•    Conduct regular field visits to project locations for land verification and stakeholder meetings.
•    Coordinate with local villagers, landowners, and government officials to facilitate smooth acquisition activities.
•    Monitor site-related issues and escalate concerns to senior management when required.
•    Support resolution of local issues affecting land acquisition and project development.
Compliance & Record Management
•    Ensure compliance with company policies, land acquisition procedures, and regulatory requirements.
•    Support internal and external audits by providing accurate records and documentation.
•    Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of acquisition-related activities.
Stakeholder Coordination
•    Coordinate with internal departments including Legal, Finance, Accounts, Engineering, Projects, and Construction teams.
•    Facilitate information sharing between field teams and corporate functions.
•    Build and maintain positive relationships with local stakeholders and authorities.
•    Support senior team members in resolving land-related challenges and documentation issues.
Reporting & MIS
•    Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports on land acquisition activities.
•    Maintain MIS related to acquired land, pending acquisitions, approvals, and registrations.
•    Track project timelines and update management on acquisition progress and key challenges.
•    Ensure timely submission of reports and supporting documentation.
Education: Graduate (preferably Law).
Experience: 3 to 5 years
