Job Description

Job Description: 
1. Bank Guarantees (BGs) 
• Handle routine activities related to issuance, renewal, amendment, and closure of BGs. 
• Keep track of BG validity, limits, and required documents. 
• Coordinate with banks and internal teams for day-to-day BG requirements. 
• Maintain proper records and simple MIS. 


2. Currency & Commodity Hedging (Support Role) 
• Assist in maintaining exposure details and hedge documentation. 
• Help track hedge positions and basic market movement updates. 
• Coordinate with banks/brokers for routine hedging-related tasks.

3. Investments – Fixed Deposits & Mutual Funds 
• Support placement, renewal, and redemption of FDs and MFs. 
• Maintain updated registers and simple tracking files. 
• Ensure documentation and timely filings.


4. Documentation & Compliance 
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of documents related to BGs, hedges, investments, and banking 
arrangements. 
• Assist in providing data for audits and regulatory requirements. 
• Follow internal policies and basic RBI compliance guidelines. 


5. Treasury Accounting 
• Assist with accounting entries for treasury transactions. 
• Help with reconciliations, bank charges, interest income tracking, and valuations. 
• Work on ERP systems (SAP/HANA preferred).


6. Banking Coordination 
• Act as a point of contact for routine communication with banks. 
• Follow up on rates, queries, and required documents. 
• Support basic documentation for credit facilities.


7. Reporting & MIS 
• Prepare basic MIS reports for cash flows, exposures, investments, and overall treasury status. 
• Share timely updates with the team and management.


8. Fund Raising (Foundational Level) 
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for routine information submissions. 
• Support preparation of data for credit ratings. 
• Help track non-fund-based limits like LC/BG. 
• Assist in simple reconciliations of limits and outstanding facilities. 
• Support preparation of dashboards and summaries.
