1. Oversee and manage all phases of township construction projects to ensure timely and quality completion.  
2. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources for efficient execution.  
3. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment.  
4. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout construction.  
5. Manage post-construction maintenance activities, addressing operational issues and ensuring long-term sustainability
