Job Description

Job Title – Senior Engineer – Solar Asset Management

Qualification – BE/B.Tech – Electrical Engineering

Experience – 5-10 years

Location – Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh

Roles & Responsibilities – 

• The Solar Site O&M Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, monitoring, and upkeep of solar power plants. This role ensures optimal plant performance, safety compliance, and reliability of assets, while coordinating with teams to deliver efficient operations.

• Conduct daily checks of generation data and equipment health.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance of inverters, transformers, modules, and electrical panels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Carry out regular field walks to identify string issues, module cleaning needs, and safety hazards.
• Maintain site cleanliness and enforce safety practices.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly O&M reports.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Supervise site technicians, module cleaning teams, and contractors.
