- Line audit in each shift as per defined MQP/SOP/WI/ISO STANDARD/Report Preparation
- EL ACTIVITY-Sample verification/Feedback to all concerned & DATA Compilation
- Calibration and Validation of cell tester for electrical, visual and EL criteria in each shift.
- Audit Finding Compilation and feedback to teams.
- IPQC MIS preparation & circulation as daily report
- Product Changeover Activity/Product mixing audit
- To take up improvement projects along with cross functional teams
- Provide data for Weekly Quality Meetings regarding all the NCs and their closure status
- Provide data for Monthly IPQC MIS preparation
- To conduct MSA Activities like gage R&R for all inspection and measurement tools as per defined intervals.
