Roles & Responsibilities

• Process/product Audit as per defined MQPs for all CTPs and CTQs and conduct measurements if required
• Line audit as per defined MQP/SOP/WI/PM schedule/calibration schedule
• CAPA effectiveness monitoring
• EL sampling and feedback to all concerned
• Assist in calibration and validation of cell tester for electrical, visual and EL criteria.
• Check if production is complying to all the changeovers properly approved.
• To take up improvement projects along with cross functional teams such as QCC, Kaizen and 5S
• To assist engineers for all the special inspections in addition to routine tests/audits such as gage R&R, equipment calibration, adherence to 
• Assist in cell tester calibration and repeatability
• Data analysis using excel/JMP etc.
• Aware of cell process like PERC Bifacial & other relevant technology.

Profiles Eligibility

• 5+ years of experience preferable in solar cells manufacturing IPQA function
• B.tech /BE/ Diploma in electronics/B.Sc. Physics
