Job Description

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks to source and attract potential candidates for open positions.

Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in the role.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Candidate Management: Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

Database Maintenance: Update and manage the recruitment database or applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep accurate records of candidate interactions and status.

Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in recruitment, industry best practices, and competitor hiring strategies to improve talent acquisition efforts.
