Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Minimum 3–4 years in handling warehouse operations for large industrial project installations (preferably solar/semiconductor/electronics).
2. Coordinate closely with project planning/scheduling team.
3. Supervise receiving. inspection, storage, and issuance of material, chemicals and consumables overseeing the daily operation of all stores function, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Implement barcoding, labeling and segregation practices
4. The candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet goals and should also demonstrate good communication, outstanding leadership & interpersonal skills.
5. Must review the store accounting including GRN, MRS, material Gate Entries & FG dispatch. Work allocation to team, schedule tracking & risk assessments etc.
6. Candidate must have knowledge and skill to handle multiple tasks during same time and must be capable of handling the team. Strong leadership and customer management abilities with in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
7. Risks must be identified in the loading, unloading & storage of material & plan of mitigation with consent of management.
8. Extensive knowledge of documentation and to ensure 100% stock reconcilement with all stakeholders within stipulated period. Maintain accurate stock through daily cycle counts and monthly stock audits
9. Detailed planning and scheduling. Identify and arrange required resources & suitably deployment of manpower and MHE.
10. Follow the SOP’s of material receipt & issuance and ensure safe handling, loading, unloading & stacking of material. Preservation of material against weather & pilferage.
11. Inventory Control, Cost Control without any cost overrun. Ensure adherence of policies & statutory compliances etc.
12. Preparation of Stores MIS & timely circulation to concern person & management.
13. Identification of obsolete, non-moving / slow-moving & surplus material and their proper treatment.
14. Monitoring of RGP / NRGP process & ensure closure of RGP’s within stipulated time frame.
15. Waste Management and timely initiate to dispose-off the same as per policy.
16. Ensure availability of material to end users in right time with zero discrepancy.
17. Interaction with various Audits & Visits and implementation IMS & SOP’s.
18. Ensure adherence to organizational Safety / Environment Policy & functional SOP.
19. Ensure good & healthy work culture / environment among the team members.
20. Good communication skills and must have knowledge of MS Office & SAP (MM, SD, QC & PP).
21. Supervise and guide warehouse staff, operators, and material handlers.
22. Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide basic training on material handling and documentation.

Profile & Eligible Criteria
1. Proven successful experience 12-18 years in manufacturing plant Store.
2. Education: Graduation /Postgraduation in Material Management/ MBA
3. In-depth knowledge of Solar Project Store /manufacturing Store / Warehouse Management.
4. Powerful leading and customer management skills.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills & awareness of Store’s MIS.
6. Proficient in MS Excel, SAP/WMS
7. Maintain discipline, shift schedules, and performance tracking
