Job Overview:
We are seeking Diploma Engineer Trainees to join our manufacturing plant team. This
entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the renewable
energy sector, focusing on the production and assembly of components used in solar, wind, and
other renewable energy systems. The trainees will receive comprehensive training, equipping them
with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the renewable energy manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in a training program focused on manufacturing processes, equipment operation,
and quality control specific to renewable energy products.
• Assist in the production and assembly of renewable energy components, ensuring that
manufacturing processes are followed accurately and efficiently.
• Learn and implement quality control procedures to maintain the high standards required for
renewable energy products.
• Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and sustainable
work environment.
• Participate in identifying and resolving technical issues related to machinery or production
processes.
• Maintain detailed records of production activities, equipment usage, and any incidents, with
a focus on sustainability metrics.
• Work closely with senior engineers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure
seamless plant operations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals, challenges, and opportunities for
improvement.
• Take an active role in process optimization initiatives, providing feedback based on
observations and hands-on experience in the manufacturing plant
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics ( 0-1 Years of Experience)
• Strong interest in renewable energy and sustainable manufacturing practices.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
