Job Description
Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth HR operations during assigned shifts at the manufacturing plant, including attendance management, employee grievance handling, compliance monitoring, and coordination with production and security teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Shift HR Operations:
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, and shift rosters.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee queries and grievances during the shift.
- Maintain discipline and adherence to plant policies.

Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure statutory compliance related to labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, ESIC, PF).
- Maintain accurate shift-wise records of manpower deployment and absenteeism.
- Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation.

Employee Engagement & Welfare:
- Coordinate welfare activities and ensure availability of basic amenities (canteen, transport, etc.).
- Support onboarding and induction of new joiners during the shift.

Coordination & Reporting:
- Liaise with production, security, and administration teams for shift-related HR matters.
- Prepare and submit daily HR shift reports to the HR Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Industrial Relations / Social Work (MBA preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- Familiarity with labor laws and factory HR practices.
