Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
a) Security Operations & Team Management
- Supervise and manage security personnel, including security guards and supervisors, during the assigned shift. 
- Ensure proper deployment of security manpower at all designated locations.
- Prepare shift rosters, assign duties, and ensure adequate security coverage at all times.
- Conduct shift briefings and debriefings with the security team. - Ensure discipline, grooming, attendance, and professional conduct of security personnel.
- Provide guidance and support to the security team during routine and emergency situations.
- Ensure effective access control and monitoring of material movement, visitor management, and the movement of contractual and company employees in accordance with established security procedures.

b) Site Security & Surveillance
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises to ensure safety, security, and compliance.
- Monitor and supervise CCTV surveillance, access control, and other security systems.
- Ensure proper control and monitoring of entry and exit points.
- Identify suspicious activities, security breaches, and potential risks and take appropriate action.
- Ensure the protection of company assets, employees, visitors, and infrastructure.

c) Emergency Response
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, security incidents, alarms, and fire-related situations.
- Coordinate with internal emergency response teams during critical situations.
- Ensure emergency response procedures are followed as per company requirements.

d) Incident Management & Reporting
- Investigate security incidents and take immediate corrective actions where required.
- Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports, shift reports, and security activity reports.
- Escalate major incidents and security concerns to the Security Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation of security-related incidents and observations.
- Ensure timely reporting and follow-up of all security concerns.

e) Training Development
- Conduct induction and basic security orientation for newly deployed security personnel.
- Conduct regular refresher training and awareness sessions for the security team.
- Train security personnel on emergency response, access control, incident reporting, and site security procedures.
- Ensure continuous improvement in the performance and capability of the security team.
