Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Access Control: Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are permitted entry.
  2. Surveillance: Utilize CCTV cameras and other security equipment to monitor and maintain surveillance of plant premises.
  3. Patrols: Conduct routine patrols of the plant, including production areas, warehouses, and surrounding facilities, to ensure safety and security.
  4. Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, or emergency situations; coordinate with emergency services if required.
  5. Reporting: Document and report any suspicious activities, security incidents, or safety hazards to the Security Supervisor.
  6. Policy Enforcement: Enforce company policies related to security, health, and safety; ensure adherence to fire, health, and safety regulations.
  7. Safety Compliance: Assist in safety drills and training sessions to prepare for potential emergencies, such as fires or hazardous material spills.
  8. Visitor Management: Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and verify credentials to maintain a record of visitors and contractors on-site.
  9. Lost and Found: Handle lost and found items appropriately and maintain accurate records.
