Job Description

JD:-Operations & Maintenance
Monitor daily operation of solar PV plants through SCADA and monitoring systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar plant equipment.
Ensure optimum performance of solar modules, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, and switchyard equipment.
Monitor plant availability and generation targets.
Troubleshooting & Analysis
Identify and rectify electrical and operational faults.
Analyze inverter faults, communication failures, and generation losses.
Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for timely issue resolution.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring breakdowns.
Performance Monitoring
Track key performance parameters such as PR, CUF, plant availability, and energy yield.
Prepare daily generation reports and maintenance reports.
Identify opportunities to improve plant efficiency and reduce downtime.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and electrical safety procedures.
Conduct safety inspections and toolbox talks.
Maintain statutory records and documentation.
