Job Description

  1. Assistant Manager

 

IMS Internal Audit:

 

    1. Conduct regular IMS Internal Audits, Monitor Compliance with IMS requirements and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
    2. Set-up Theme Focus Cross Plant Audit in Solar Manufacturing and ensure corrective actions are implemented and fan-out to other sites.

 

Over-all Quality Report Dashboard:

 

    1. Weekly consolidation of each Plant Quality Report and publish to Solar Manufacturing Management.
    2. Ensure KPI are met by working to the over-all plan including management
    3. Track and monitor the Quality Strategy with each stakeholder/owner.
    4. Set-up regular Quality Management Review

 

 

  1. QUALIFICATION:

 

    1. Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, or a related field.
    2. 7-9 years of experience in quality management or a similar role.
    3. Trained and/or Certified Auditor for ISO9001: 2015, ISO14001: 2015, ISO45001: 2018 Standards.
    4. Experience with International standards such as ISO9001: 2015, ISO14001: 2015, ISO45001: 2018

 

 

  1. SKILLS:

 

    1. ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Methodologies, Root Cause Analysis, Process Improvement, Internal Auditing, Regulatory Compliance, Quality Control Tools, Data Analysis, Technical Writing.
    2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    3. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
    4. Attention to detail and high organizational skills.
