Job Description

  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control for large-scale industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, solar, or infrastructure projects.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality management systems in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
  • Conduct inspections and audits of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure quality requirements are understood and effectively implemented across all project activities.
  • Review and approve material submittals, inspection requests, method statements, test reports, and quality-related documentation.
  • Monitor testing activities, laboratory investigations, and field quality checks to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify quality issues, non-conformities, and workmanship deficiencies, and drive timely corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, client requirements, and statutory regulations while maintaining complete quality records and documentation.
  • Support project progress by providing technical guidance on quality-related matters, participating in project review meetings, and coordinating with stakeholders for issue resolution.
  • Prepare quality reports, inspection records, NCRs, audit findings, and quality performance metrics, and ensure successful project handover through proper documentation and close-out activities.
