About Company

Job Description

1.    Instrumentation & Automation Management:
a.    Lead the erection, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of various instruments including flow meters, pressure & level transmitters, temperature sensors, vibration sensors, control valves, gas analyzers, and gas skids.
b.    Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in instrumentation and automation systems.
2.    Project Execution:
a.    Manage instrumentation activities for both greenfield and brownfield projects.
b.    Hands-on experience in project execution, commissioning of large-scale solar or industrial plants.
3.    Control System & Programming:
a.    Expert in Siemens PLC/DCS systems: S7-300, S7-400, PCS7, S7-1500 & S7-1200.
b.    Configuration, programming, and fault diagnosis using FBD, Ladder Logic, and CFC.
c.    Development and troubleshooting of HMI/SCADA systems using Siemens WinCC and TIA Portal.

4.    Communication Protocols & Networking:
a.    Deep knowledge of Profibus, Modbus, HART, RS485/RS232, TCP/IP, and fiber optic communication.
b.    Troubleshoot automation and network communication faults.
5.    Utility Systems & Equipment:
a.    Operation and maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems, HVAC, compressors, CCTV, PA systems.
b.    Handle instrumentation related to utility systems like PEN, PGS, PCH, PUW, PEX, N2 plants.
6.    Calibration & Measurement:
a.    Knowledge of calibration tools such as dead weight testers, RTD/Thermocouple calibrators, CROs, pressure/temperature calibrators.
7.    Team Leadership & Training:
a.    Supervise team members, manage shifts, and develop subordinates through regular training and performance feedback.
b.    Maintain spare and inventory systems through SAP/ERP.
8.    Process & Quality Management:
a.    Prepare SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance schedules.
b.    Implement IMS, 5S, QC tools, and process improvement projects with cost-saving initiatives.
9.    Safety & Compliance:
a.    Ensure adherence to safety standards and implement safety practices across the department.
