Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management
  2. Prepare for and manage external and internal audits and certification processes.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of IMS policies and procedures.
  4. Review relevant documentation, standards, and regulations to ensure up-to-date audit criteria.
  5. Conduct on-site audits of clients' IMS, evaluating compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards.
  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and controls.
  7. Document audit findings, including non-conformances, observations, and areas for improvement.
  8. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to the management team.
  9. Provide clear and actionable recommendations for corrective actions.
  10. Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  11. Ensure continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and systemic problems.
  12. Conduct follow-up audits to verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
  13. Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational
  14. Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  15. Provide training and support to staff on IMS processes and best practices.
  16. Promote a culture of quality, safety, and environmental consciousness within the organization.
  17. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, QCC project, Lean, and Kaizen.
  18. Responsible for documents management system and control.
  19. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IMS
  20. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with IMS objectives.
  21. Collaborate with other departments to integrate IMS practices into all aspects of the business.
  22. Identify and assess risks related to quality, environment, and health & safety.
  23. Monitor and review risk management processes to ensure effectiveness.
