About Company
Job Description
1. To Ensure the all the Statutory HSE Requirement for the factory establishment and operation are in place and being followed by the team.
2. To ensure all HSE requirements at Manufacturing are complied with by closely working with Plant O&M team.
3. To set up working level HSE organization/ program and implement HSE Systems during Operation of Manufacturing Plant
4. To Implement Contractor Field Safety Audit and organize for periodic reviews to ensure safe execution.
5. Leading and supporting site for ISO 14001, 45001 standards implementations
6. To lead and organize all HSE related programs as directed by HSE Head / Manufacturing Head / Corporate HSE from time to time.
7. Performs EHS audits and assessments findings and conclusions, establishes and monitors the realization of the necessary corrective and preventive actions.
8. Establishes and ensures the deployment of the EHS awareness programme for the employees and contractors
Profile & Eligible Criteria
1. Education: Engineering Degree + PDIS/ADIS(from any SBTE), Qualification in HSE (RLI / CLI / M. Tech / MBA in HSE / State Tech. Edu Boards)
2. Minimum 08 year’s post qualification experience.
3. Experience of large-scale Manufacturing plant & particularly in Solar PV will be preferred.
4. Exposure to DuPont Systems and Gensuit shall be an added advantage.
