Job Description
Position: Associate
Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Location: Kavaladara, Maharashtra
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Job Purpose
- To govern the legal and land documents across the state for windfarms and its allied infrastructures.
- To ensure compliance to Legal and Statutory regulations.
- Title search report understanding and interpretation, registration formalities and co-ordination with revenue and other government body like revenue, forest, Gram Panchayat, town planner, industries etc.
- Planning and coordination of all legal and statutory needs relative to payments of fees to local bodies, obtaining completion certificates, NOCs etc. which may be done time to time and as it happens.
- Site survey, coordination with DLIR, discussion with landowners.
- Works collaboratively with numerous internal and external stakeholders to adapt the changing requirements.
- Ensures that documentation, training, and 3rd party contractual agreements are created, approved and adopted. Also Supervises and clearly communicates the schedule and mitigation plans for numerous simultaneous projects.
- To resolve the ROW issues of site with the co ordinate with legal team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all site related land legal issues and its resolution resolution.
- To attend the court hearings time to time.
- Responsible for resolving site related all ROW issues with the help of local police.
- Local liasoning with all stake holders for smooth operation of site.
- Interaction with government bodies.
- Statutory compliances to various state/Central regulatory agencies.
- Technical Audits of the assets under operation & improve its health score by qualitative compliances.
- Identifying & Risk mitigation of land legal
- To interact and coordinate with all External and Internal Stakeholders for efficiently closing the activities/Agenda’s as per the schedule.
Profile & Eligible Criteria
3-5 years of work experience. Industry experience is required for land & legal requirements.
- Proactive and results driven professional
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Candidates should be familiar with the procedures related to land acquisition.
- Candidates should have excellent drafting skills and thorough knowledge on related procedures and statutory compliances and should have good command in English
- Excellent negotiating skills and problem-solving skills, very strong analytical mind, eye for detailing, firm and clear in ideas and thoughts.
- Working on MS office
Main Interfaces
The role would require extensive internal interfacing with business teams and support functions such as Wind Asset Management, Project EPC, Corporate Finance, Accounts, Legal, QHSE and external agencies like lenders/auditors.
