Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager - Solar O&M
Education: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 6 to 12 Years
Location: Barmer, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be assigned to General duties and, when required, must be available for odd/even shifts in critical situations to support site project activities.
• Responsible for executing and completing electrical work until final commissioning of the project.
• Should have working knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
• Responsible for installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and cables as per standards and customer requirements, including preparation of electrical system specifications and technical drawings.
• Establish construction, manufacturing, or installation standards and specifications by performing detailed technical calculations.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements by coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, and testing activities.
• Prepare reports and compile data related to existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
• Supervise ongoing project activities and provide training to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team members.
• Estimate material, labor, and construction costs for budget preparation.
