Job Description
- Inspection of incoming materials as per specifications and Quality plan.
- Prepare reports of all BOM materials receipt and documents.
- Clear GRN’s in SAP as predefined SLAs.
- Communicate to concerned departments about nonconformities in incoming materials and taking up with suppliers as per defined format and SLAs.
- Issuance of MDCC for all BOM items before the dispatch as per MSPVL specifications.
- Material clearance in SAP of other departments.
- Owner of titrations activities for wet chemical processes as per defined MQPs.
- Cell measurement like printing profile/cell thickness/Bow measurements etc. as per defined MQPs.
- Circulation of daily, weekly and monthly Quality MIS to all concerned person/dept.
- Raise supplier complaints and ensure their timely closures.
- Disposal of all the NC BOM items as per defined SOPs along with TC team.
- Analysis of conducted trials like paste/wafer/chemicals etc. for product improvement along with process team.
- Training to DETs/associates about incoming quality control, lab activities and safety.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures
- Exposure of external/internal quality audits as per IMS requirements including documentation .
