Job Purpose

 

Roles and Responsibilities

# Supervisor is responsible for troubleshooting of process rejection in various production machinery.

# Process parameter set up for all production machinery.

# Preparation of WI, SOP, Check Sheet for safe quality output from production.

# coordinates with production for Shop Floor Management

# Shift wise SAP report fill-up and departmental reports preparation.

# Improvement in FTF (First Test Failure) at different stages of production.

# To collect and analyze rejection data

# Lead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient work place is maintained at all times

# Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer   satisfaction

# Liaise and coordinate with support functions to progress issues concerning production planning and resource/skill allocation to ensure delivery of products to schedule within all relevant quality specifications.

# Communicate with the teams by utilizing the visual management, delivering shift briefs with focus on quality, cost and delivery, and gathering ideas for improvement.

# Supervisor is responsible to achieve assigned KPI / KRA/ Goal / To-do / targets.

Profile & Eligible Criteria

B.Tech / B.E / Diploma with 4 to 8 yrs of experience. Should be from module manufacturing background with experience in maintenance domain.

Should be from module manufacturing background with 6 to 8 years of Experience in process / quality / maintenance domain. Experience in Stringer (Experience in ATW will be added advantage), JINCHEN automation line(including Layup, EL, lamination, Framing and conveyors) and module testing machines.
