Roles and Responsibilities

    Design & Develop new Control System for various applications - Decarbonization technologies (Wind, Solar, Hydrogen, Gasifiers, carbon capture …) - using in house CAD software.
    Creating system models and simulations
    Testing, Maintaining and Modifying existing systems.
    Analyzing data and presenting findings in written reports
    Testing new systems and making design changes if needed
    Working with specific types of systems such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), advanced process control (APC) or distributed control systems (DCS)
    Using computers and mathematical techniques to develop and test new control systems.
    Modifying existing systems to make them more effective.
    Using data from automatic monitoring to make sure that the processes are effective, efficient and safe
    Using instruments to make close analysis of particular parts of the system.
    Preparing drawings using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software
    Overseeing the installation of control and instrument systems in a variety of equipment
    Working with design engineers and other professionals; liaising with clients and contractors
    Producing necessary design reports and documentation
    To ensure that DFSS, DFMEA, Design Reviews, Check lists (Risk/ Mitigation Plan) and appropriate Modeling & Simulation tools are included into the design process.
    Lead detailed planning of activities and manage internal and external capacity to deliver on time, at quality and within budgets. 
    Work cross functionally with engineering teams, suppliers, manufacturers, transportation teams, installation and service teams to ensure design is robust, reliable, can be manufactured, installed and operated at lowest costs. 
    Accountable to maintain accurately the Bill Of Material with associated technical documentations and drawings
