Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Design & Engineering Coordination
- Review GFC civil/architectural drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements and contractor technical submissions.
- Coordinate equipment foundations, trenches, pits, sleeves, openings, embedded items and interface requirements with structural, mechanical, electrical, process and equipment teams.
- Raise and close RFIs, drawing discrepancies and site technical issues with engineering teams and consultants.
Project & Site Execution
- Lead execution of production buildings, utility buildings, equipment foundations, roads, drains and associated infrastructure.
- Monitor contractor manpower, productivity and daily/weekly progress against the approved project schedule.
- Ensure excavation, PCC/RCC, structural, masonry, flooring, finishing and external-development works comply with approved drawings and QA/QC requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, measurements, punch-point closure and timely area/building handover.
Leadership & Coordination
- Lead contractor coordination meetings and escalate constraints affecting safety, quality or schedule.
- Coordinate work fronts and handover priorities with MEP, equipment and commissioning teams.
- Prepare concise progress, risk and recovery updates for project management.
