Job Description

1. Review the work progress on daily basis, responsible for construction activities at site.
2. Identify the resources required to complete every step of the construction process (labor, equipment, tools etc.)
3. Able to “walk” the project in the planning phase and capture near 100% of all expected tasks and materials required. Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and other agreements with EPC subcontractors and vendors.
4. Develop and maintain project timeline, identify critical path, and key milestones for project’s success. Coordinates with various project work packages to ensure the project is commissioned on time.
5. Communicate with utilities and authorities having jurisdictions regarding interconnection, permitting, and other regulatory compliance issues.
6. Identify the sources of likely problems and proactively take preventive measures to avoid any potential project risks and determine response actions to mitigate any negative impact.
7. Maintains adherence to Company policies, quality, environmental health and safety policies and good housekeeping practices.
8. Identifies and corrects gaps in safety standards as well as safety risks and provides recommendations to management.
