Job Description

Position Title - Senior Engineer
Experience- 6-8 years
Qualification- Engineering Degree
Location- Dhule - Maharashtra

Roles & Responsibities-

1. Oversee the day-to-day operation of a 100MW solar power plant.
2. Ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime through effective monitoring and control.
3. supervise a team of 12-15 on site personnel.
4. Manage External Vendors for module cleaning and vegetation control.
5. Hands-on experience in operation & maintenance of - Power Transformer, Inverter duty Transformer, Central Inverters, PV Module performance analysis tools and techniques.
6. Prepare and submit the Monthly JMR.
7. Maintain accurate logs and records for all maintenance and operational activities.
8. Execute the preventive & predictive maintenance of - Switchyard equipment, 132kV Transmission Line, Transformer & Inverters
9. Identify and troubleshoot performance issues to improve plant efficiency.
10. Proficient in using SCADA, energy monitoring tools, and data analysis software.
11. Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance standards.
