Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as an Administrative and Site Security In-Charge in the renewable energy sector. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring the security and safety of our renewable energy site. Your primary objective will be to maintain smooth operations and promote a secure work environment.

 

Responsibilities:


1. Administrative Duties:
- Manage office operations, including maintaining files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Procure office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Support HR activities at site

 

2. Site Security:
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard the renewable energy site.
- Conduct regular security assessments and risk analysis.
- Monitor access control systems and ensure compliance with site security policies.
- Collaborate with external security providers, law enforcement, and emergency response teams.
- Train and educate employees on security procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches.

- Address ROW (Right Of Way) issues in coordination with support of local law enforcing agencies.

- Address grievances in reference to land and related local political issues.  

3. Health and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safety culture.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards or risks.
- Coordinate emergency drills and ensure appropriate response measures are in place.
- Maintain safety documentation and records.

4. Contractor Management:
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for site-related activities.
- Manage contractor compliance with security and safety requirements.
- Review and evaluate contractor performance and ensure adherence to standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the renewable energy or related sectors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations.

- Preferably having armed forces experience.
- Familiarity with renewable energy systems and site operations is advantageous.
