Job Description
Position Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end CAPEX payment operations for ReNew's Wind Utility Projects, ensuring timely vendor payments, adherence to approved budgets, compliance with internal controls, and effective coordination with Project, Procurement, EPC, Accounts Payable, and Treasury teams. The role will support project execution by providing robust financial governance over project-related expenditures and payment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- CAPEX Payment ManagementProcess and review CAPEX payment requests related to wind utility projects.Verify invoices, work completion certificates, purchase orders, contracts, milestone approvals, and supporting documentation.Ensure payments are aligned with contractual terms, project milestones, and approved CAPEX budgets.Validate approval workflows as per Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines.
- Process ExcellenceDrive process improvements and automation initiatives within the CAPEX payment cycle.Enhance payment turnaround time (TAT) and strengthen controls through system-based workflows.Support SAP/ERP optimization initiatives related to project finance and CAPEX management.
Educational Qualifications: Graduation/Masters in Finance
Experience: 2-6 years
