Experience :
1 year to 4 years
Key Responsibilities :1. Training Program Coordination - Plan and coordinate logistics for training programs, including venue arrangements, participant communication, and scheduling.
Ensure smooth execution of sessions by managing end-to-end requirements.
2. Vendor Management - Liaise with external vendors for training delivery, materials, and hospitality services.
Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
3. Learning Dashboards & Reporting - Maintain and update learning dashboards and trackers to monitor program effectiveness.
Prepare periodic reports and analytics for leadership review.
4. Induction Program Management - Organize and manage induction sessions for new employees.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely onboarding activities.
5. Session Facilitation - Facilitation of Induction sessions along with other SMEs.
6. Stakeholder Communication - Communicate effectively with internal teams and participants to ensure clarity on schedules and requirements.
Address queries and provide timely updates on learning initiatives
Key Deliverables: - Coordinate with vendors, participants, and hotels for training programs.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain learning dashboards and trackers for reporting and analysis.
- Organize and manage induction programs for new employees.
- Facilitate sessions and provide logistical support for learning programs
