  • To govern Wind HSE in wind projects within the framework of Environment, Health & Safety standards of ReNew and Global HSE practices.
  • To assist all the Wind and ReNew HSE stakeholders in HSE matters.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  1. Coordinate with project team members to take daily job planning updates.
  2. Visit all work sites on daily basis to identify Hazards and Risk.
  3. Coordinate and guide the respective job supervisor/ engineer for timebound corrective actions.
  4. Carry out daily site HSE inspections and reporting to the Project HSE Lead. (Inspections of PPE, Electrical setup, Lifting operations, work at height, Energy Isolation, vehicles etc.)
  5. Perform planned HSE Activates as per monthly HSE activity calendar.
  6. Support in Incident management and Emergency response as instructed.
  7. Conduct Daily PTW inspection, JSA review and reporting the findings to Project HSE Lead
  8. Conduct Training sessions as planned by Project HSE lead.
  9. Proper shift handover to the HSE team member in next shift.
  10. Drive Renews Safety culture improvement initiatives.
